Burrito X uses customer information to process and document orders, communicate about pickup, manage customer history, prevent abuse and no-shows, administer gift cards and Feed It Forward credits, and provide requested marketing communications.

Order records may include name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, order history, credit/redemption activity, device identifier and IP address. Phone number is the primary customer identifier for order-history and risk controls. IP/device data are used as security signals and are not intended to be the sole basis for blocking a customer.

Optional customer accounts may store your email address, name, phone/WhatsApp number, saved favorites and order history so repeat ordering is faster. Account creation is not required to place an order. Email login codes are temporary and expire. If Google sign-in is enabled, Burrito X receives the verified email address and basic profile name supplied by Google for authentication; Burrito X does not receive your Google password.

Shareable Meal links contain food/order configuration only. They do not intentionally include customer phone numbers, addresses, payment information or other private customer data.

Group Order rooms store the organizer name, participant names and each participant’s selected food so the group can be combined into one order. Marketing campaign analytics may record link opens, QR/source tags, order conversions, IP address and basic referral information for fraud prevention and campaign measurement.

Gift Card, Feed It Forward and Owner Credit balances are stored in Burrito X systems with redemption history. Sponsor information is displayed to recipients only according to the sponsor's selected display preference.

Online card details are not collected by the direct website. Direct website orders are pickup only and are paid at pickup by cash, credit/debit card, or contactless payment. Larger orders may require advance payment. When an approved PayPal option is enabled, the customer is sent to PayPal to complete payment; Burrito X does not collect the customer’s PayPal password or card credentials. Sponsor payments may be arranged manually outside the website and activated by Burrito X only after payment is confirmed.
