Direct website orders are prepared for pickup at Burrito X, Plaza Romy. Customers pay at pickup by cash, credit/debit card, or contactless payment. Delivery orders placed through Rappi or DiDi are handled by the applicable third-party platform. Customers must provide a valid name and phone/WhatsApp number.

Customer accounts are optional. Guests may order without creating an account. Saved favorites and order-history features are provided for convenience; current menu availability and pricing shown at the time of a new order control.

Gift Cards, Feed It Forward credits and Owner Credits have no cash value and may be used only toward eligible Burrito X purchases. Stored-value credits reduce as they are redeemed. One-time promotional credits may expire or deactivate after first use. Lost or compromised codes should be reported to Burrito X.

Feed It Forward sponsorship requests remain pending until Burrito X confirms payment. Credits are generated and activated only after approval by Burrito X.

Daily specials are available only on their assigned Puerto Vallarta day and when active in the website. A special shown outside its scheduled day is promotional only and cannot be submitted for purchase. One standard listed drink is included with the current weekday special when that offer is active.

Group Order rooms allow multiple participants to add food before the organizer submits the combined order. A submitted group order is pending Burrito X approval and does not reach the kitchen until approved. Payment for approved group orders is at pickup. Burrito X may reopen or decline a group order if clarification or changes are required.

Burrito X may pause online ordering, refuse fraudulent or abusive transactions, or block online ordering for accounts associated with repeated no-shows or misuse.
